Industrial Fabrication & Machining Services
From custom borewell tool fabrication to CNC cutting, container manufacturing, and tool reconditioning — comprehensive engineering services under one roof.
Custom Fabrication
Heavy-duty welding and machining of borewell tools, structural components, and industrial parts to your drawings or specifications.
ExploreLaser Cutting Services
CO₂ laser cutting for intricate sheet metal profiles — MS to 20 mm, SS to 15 mm, aluminum to 12 mm with ±0.05 mm tolerance.
ExplorePlasma Cutting Services
High-speed plasma profiling of thick plate metals up to 50 mm+ for structural blanks, brackets, and heavy industrial components.
ExploreContainer Manufacturing
18ft specialized and 20ft ISO heavy-duty Corten steel containers with marine flooring and double-lock security doors.
ExploreTool Repair & Hardfacing
Tungsten carbide hardfacing to restore worn bits, stabilizers, augers, and reamers — extending tool life at a fraction of replacement cost.
ExploreCNC Job Work
On-demand precision CNC cutting from single prototypes to high-volume production runs for OEM and fabricator clients.
ExploreIndustrial Machining
Lathe turning, milling, and drilling for borewell tool joints, adapters, subs, and precision industrial components.
ExploreWelding & Assembly
MIG, TIG, and arc welding of carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless assemblies with full QA inspection.
ExploreSheet Metal Fabrication
Complete sheet metal workflow — CNC cutting, bending, welding, and finishing for enclosures, panels, and brackets.
ExplorePrecision Threading & Tool Joints
API and custom thread cutting on drill pipes, rods, and adapters — ensuring perfect fit and torque transfer in the drill string.
ExploreHardfacing & Tool Reconditioning
Hardfacing is one of our most valued services for drilling contractors. Instead of replacing worn drag bits, stabilizers, and augers, we rebuild them with fresh tungsten carbide overlays — restoring cutting performance and extending service life by 3–5× in many formations.
Our hardfacing process uses controlled welding techniques to apply uniform carbide deposits on bit wings, cutting edges, stabilizer ribs, and contact surfaces. We inspect overlay thickness, carbide distribution, and cutting geometry before returning tools to service.
- Tungsten carbide overlay on drag bit wings and cutting edges
- Stabilizer and reamer hardfacing for abrasive formations
- DTH bit face rebuild and carbide button replacement
- Auger flight hardfacing for soil and overburden drilling
- Emergency repair turnaround for urgent site needs
